Pchelolo: RE: deleted pages in restbase and the older task involving a move, the 'move' in question was a 'move over delete', e.g. where A moves to B where B exists, so B is implicitly deleted.

Krinkle: aha... the new one was not really about the deletes (there were no deletes happening at all) but more about mysql replication lag and the fact that restbase incorrectly could think that the page is deleted while actually it's not and then not correct itself with a retry

So I'm not sure that these 2 are connected. The older one I've tried to reproduce multiple times with no luck, so it's possible something similar was happening there, but we don't really know
