Since https://hu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sablon:Cite_web is probably widely used, my approach would be to copy it on a user subpage, clone the offending page https://hu.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Lilli_Hornig&action=submit into another user subpage, replace the references to {{Cite web}} with your template clone. then you have a safe playground where you can try out changes.
