[17:41:42] bd808: Not really. But we can still have our 1:1 if you want. [17:41:50] * anomie is working on taxes [17:42:17] I was actually asking because Steinsplitter is having problems with a bot he runs [17:42:30] getting only "+/" back as a token [17:43:34] Which channel? [17:44:27] hi [17:45:03] hi Steinsplitter, what's the problem you're having with tokens? [17:45:35] for example, when getting upload token i just get +/ [17:46:39] "+\" you mean? That typically means you're not logged in. [17:48:06] i get +\ , likely because format is php (no idea). But that helps for debugging. Thanls. [17:48:07] *ks [17:48:40] The nice thing about meta=tokens is that you can hit e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&meta=userinfo|tokens and see directly whether you're logged in at the same time as fetching the token. [17:49:59] ah :) [17:50:05] Rezabot is still stuck in some horrible loop where the session metadata merge is failing due to Local->CentralAuth [17:56:15] bd808: Last time I did debug logging on that one, we were sending back 'deleted' cookies for the CA cookies but the bot was still sending the CA cookies back in subsequent requests. I have no way to tell if it's broken 'deleted' cookie handling (just ignoring it entirely instead of deleting the existing cookie) or if it somehow has the cookies set on some other domain or path so our attempt to delete them has no effect. [17:56:39] *nod* [17:57:37] bd808: OTOH, it's running in Tool Labs so we could just get an admin there to kill the jobs, and based on prior experience it'll probably have lost the problem cookies when its operator restarts it. [17:58:06] It would be neat if a restart fixed it [17:58:22] I'm sure it's broken right now ayway [17:59:09] Yeah, it's in a loop of trying to log in several times a second. Even if it is editing or something too, it's doing it as an IP. [18:07:58] gwicke: around? [18:10:21] anomie: so should we have a 1:1 today or bump it to later in the week? Either is fine with me [18:10:36] bd808: I'm here, so may as well just have it [18:11:20] okey doke [20:12:28] * bd808 is taking the afternoon off to eat cold meds and sleep
