[17:20:48] TimStarling: Thoughts on https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/378986/ ? It's a bit of a long shot, but just let me know if it's crazy or not :D [19:16:16] MaxSem: Seen my comment on https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/375055/5/extension.json ? [19:52:50] James_F: When the hooks are static methods on a "FooHooks" class, I've seen both "Foo.hooks.php" and "FooHooks.php". In a quick grep of WMF-deployed extensions in 1.31.0-wmf.1, it looks like there are 54 extensions with files named "*Hooks.php" and 63 with "*.hooks.php" (although I didn't check how many of those have a FooHooks class inside those files). [20:24:35] James_F, in Tim's upcoming reorg file name will have to match the class anyway [20:24:43] old conventions are dying [20:39:20] MaxSem: Meh. [22:04:16] James_F: Added a comment to https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/375055/5/extension.json as I think the exact change/reason may've been unclear. It was unclear to me anyway at first :)
