[13:17:54] <anomie>	 Krinkle, Reedy: The test seems to be DatabaseSqliteTest::testUpgrades(). Looks like whoever was adding new versions stopped after 1.23, plus it only tests against sqlite (which, to be fair, is probably the most fragile with the way things work now).
