[09:36:18] <stelk>	 What's up guys? I would like to ask someone a couple questions about the notability criteria and the import process in Wikidata (I would like to contribute some data if it satisfies the criteria)
[09:41:24] <stelk>	 My first question would be if there is a tool to create new items in bulk; I've read the dataset import guides but it seems it's more focused on adding statements on existing items
[09:42:01] <stelk>	 The second questions regards notability: it is mentioned that " It contains at least one valid sitelink to a page on Wikipedia, Wikivoyage, Wikisource, Wikiquote, Wikinews, Wikibooks, Wikidata, Wikispecies, Wikiversity, or Wikimedia Commons. "
