[20:01:25] <halfak>	 2. When you have a good description of the project in place, CANVASS for feedback from the affected community.

[20:02:20] <halfak>	 So, testing capabilities, I'm not sure what you mean. 
[20:02:46] <halfak>	 Re. interpreting results, I can promise to read and discuss (and recommend analysis methods), but I'm not sure I could commit the time to actually do analysis work.
