[09:36:38] Getting back to the caching subject that I asked yesterday - I discovered that the Chrome dev tools have a tick to enable/disable cache (default disabled) to let you inspect all the HTTP calls. If I turn disable cache off then I don't see a HTTP request for the static contents (good), but in the server response I only see an Etag and not 304s (no trace of Content-Cache/Expires/etc..).
