[21:22:02] <A_smart_kitten>	 mutante: i don't know what exactly folks might need to be a bureaucrat on wikitech to do, so i wouldn't want to say anything with certainty there. but definitely for that specific page i believe you should only need to be an admin (and I don't _think_ wikitech at least has such a thing as 'bureaucrat-locked' pages :p)
