[20:48:10] To be honest, the two Sharky users aren't even locked, so if the user really is that user, and it's clear that they are, to be honest, you've blocked them, so I'd suggest treating this like any normal block appeal by reminding the user why their apparent alternate accounts were blocked and asking them how their behaviour has changed such that they no longer need to be blocked [20:49:32] @Doug Yeah, I see what you're saying, and it's true that the other 2 weren't locked in the past, but considering who we've had to deal with, I'd just wish for that guy to not resort to creating any unnecessary alternates.
