[18:01:52] [A user made these](https://meta.miraheze.org/wiki/Steward_requests/Wiki_reports?diff=prev&oldid=529907) [2 reports while logged out,](https://meta.miraheze.org/wiki/?diff=529910) claiming that one of them is a Reception Wiki, despite a lot of them were removed a long time ago. I got confused there. [18:05:50] Yeah, they're the crypto referral spammer [18:05:54] I dunno, they're a real odd duck [18:18:49] I'm starting to get very suspicious about the anonymous user who filed both reports. [18:19:54] What makes you think that, though? [18:21:57] The second wiki is very clearly not a reception wiki - I have no clue what logic could have possibly been used to reach that conclusion [18:22:26] And I think the IP editor is completely misunderstanding something. [18:22:40] The anon editor and the crypto user are the same. They reached out over email w/ identical complaints after contesting their lock [18:23:11] Ah, that makes sense. But what are you going to do about the IP editor who filed the 2 reports anyway? [18:23:53] Let someone else deal with them? I'm not free to help right now. [18:24:06] It's a @Stewards matter, as they're clearly evading [18:24:20] Thanks for checking it out anyway. [18:25:34] I'll go ahead and block the filer. [18:28:50] Blocking the /64 when dealing with IPv6 addresses (i.e. ones separated by colons instead of periods) makes it harder to evade bans [18:29:19] That's what I'll do. [18:30:16] Oh never mind. Thanks for handling it for me, @tali64. [18:31:21] It's preferable, yes [18:31:33] I can follow up with a CU for any account evasions later [18:32:39] Alright, but what about the 2 wiki reports filed by the IP? [18:33:57] Remove them [18:34:00] This user is not trusted [18:34:42] Just did. [18:39:57] I also just blocked another IP range.
