If it matches, the code is allowed to run [03:30:30] The keys leaked, so theoretically anyone can sign their software, when the bootloader asks "is this code legit" the APU will say yes because they signed it with Sonys keys [03:30:52] The problem is since the keys are physically Etched onto the APU, Sony can't revoke them through a firmware update [03:30:56] So they're pretty fucked if [03:32:15] From what I understand, it's not 100% cracked right now because you need specialised equipment to decrypt the keys but it's only a matter of time by the looks of it [03:33:46] thought we alr had the keys?
