[03:47:53] Heya everyone! Is there a voice or queue system to speak up? [04:22:24] Guest29: no just ask questions and if soneone is around that can answer they will [04:22:47] p858snake|cloud ok, thank you! [04:36:13] My question is as follows. Trying to look at a picture in WP in the media viewer, or clicking through to the original file, i get a "Too many requests" error site, reliably. However, i'm on my personal home internet connection, hadn't used / requested any images for half a day, and don't run bots or scripts. This has happened much more often since [04:36:13] switching providers, though, and it happens that my new provider does NAT. I presume because of this, connections or rate limits do not reflect the actual (home) internet connection on the wikimedia server (presuming that there is normally detection to tell apart connections behind a NAT). Now, the error page gives me details to "report this error [04:36:14] to the Wikimedia System Administrators", but no link or to report those to. Phabricator does not seem to have a place for tickets of this specific type. So, my question is: Where do i report or submit this, and which "Wikimedia System Administrators" would that be to? [04:37:41] Ah, as an added info. I do have an SSO account, i jdidn'T want to use it as of yet, though, since i probably will have to give my IP address (block). Of course, if admins prefer that kind of information, i could work it through my account. [04:42:02] * no link or place to report those to. Sorry for any typos, it's pretty late here, [06:50:54] I have to go rest now, but i would of course really appreciate help with this, so i can at least get reliable information about the situation or handling. If there is a way for someone to leave me an answer to my question, in a way that i can read it when i'm back, without it being scrolled away by chat or unloaded from the browser page (I'm here [06:50:55] through the webchat linked on the wikimedia sys admins page), that would be a big plus. Maybe by @-tagging me, I'd hope? But i appreciate any answer either way! Take care, all. :) [07:03:17] File a ticket in Phabricator by using the bug report template.
