[02:57:48] Anyone around at the moment? [03:04:20] Hey Randall, got time to answer a question you may or may not know the answer to? [03:05:24] ok [03:06:13] In DDO, do you know if there's a way to transfer a cosmetic armor appearance from one piece of armor to another? Like, Remove it from one robe and apply it to a different one? [03:07:17] use a mirror of glammoring on the robe you wanna always look like you're wearing, that makes a cosmetic you put in the cosmetic armor slot on your inventory window [03:07:43] Okay so the only way then is to buy the mirror in the store? [03:08:01] unfortunately [03:08:20] I can do that, I was just hoping there was another way. :D [03:08:38] and the mirror takes the armor kit appearance, right? not the original one? [03:08:43] nope, turbine wants the moneyz, all the moneyz [03:09:17] the mirror makes the armor cosmetic of the armor you combine it with [03:09:44] Right, but does it take the appearance of the kit or the appearance of the gear before I applied the kit? [03:10:36] the kit, + mirror = pretty shiny cosmetic [03:10:48] sweeet. thank you so much. [03:10:53] yep [03:11:00] It's been years since I played, so I'm waaaay out of date on info [03:11:16] the last time I played was about the time they launched armor kits, ROFL [03:12:29] I quit from just before the enhancement trees to a few months ago [03:28:12] I actually really liked the enhancement trees [03:28:19] still do. [03:39:26] Okay, so buying the mirror and dropping the robe onto it said "no matches found" wtf? [03:43:10] BALLS [03:43:12] https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/449344-Mirror-of-Glamering-Issues-Thread/page2?s=e2ed2261ca7df458cf7db09728a5a0cb [03:43:31] It is not currently possible to make a cosmetic out of the old Armor Appearance Kits, sorry [03:43:35] So I'm hosed. [03:43:43] Hopefully I can remember what style I bought [15:38:05] Hello randall [15:43:48] hello ShoeMaker
