[00:30:00] using master and updated config.yaml. it works now. [02:43:40] #karo [02:44:04] #bawel [02:44:39] DHY, what? [02:45:52] I can't use Mirc [06:12:47] Hello I have a queston regarding you guys for post in http://emulation.gametechwiki.com/index.php/Emulators_in_Games regarding Pokemon Box: Ruby and Sapphire [06:13:08] form post* [06:13:30] in that post you clamed that you guys were able to dumb the pokemon roms from that game [06:14:42] how ever from me looking in the game files I found 2 gba rom files however. I found two files called gbarom.arc and gbaromD.arc how ever the 2nt is a clone of the 1st one plus its 31 kb's witch is way to small for a GBA rom, and exporting that .bin with everyfile explorer from the ARC file just looks like garbo data and not a GBA rom. [06:16:05] you say `both the ROM files and the emulator are heavily modified` [06:16:36] witch makes me think the roms are very different compared to the official games on a real gba [06:17:02] witch is why I want to get them to see what is different from the real games [06:18:27] plus I wonder what V of the roms they are [06:18:37] cuz there is 2 V's of the games [06:18:47] like V1 and V2 [06:19:20] and it would be interesting if you can turn your v2 copy in to v1 on the gamecube only [06:22:53] ill come back latter I guess, I can see its way to ealy for anyone to be on from looking at the chat log files just now. see ya latter [06:27:16] hi gopa :D [06:27:31] Hello Little_mac [06:28:15] do u think u can anser my Q? just look in the log files I just sent it [06:28:31] log files for today [06:30:44] yeah I'm looking :) [06:31:18] let me see, if I can answer your question :) [06:31:56] * Gopa watching log over https://wm-bot.wmflabs.org/logs/%23mediawiki/20190531.txt [06:37:00] I'm sorry, I dont have any idea regarding that :( [12:40:03] mee. [12:40:08] MWException from line 183 of [path]w/includes/MagicWord.php: Error: invalid magic word 'expectunusedcategory' [12:40:25] i pull master, mediawiki with no extra extensions [12:41:08] the wiki was not updated for 1.5 ys, i installed it from master back then [13:58:30] is there an easy way to provision a database for mediawiki ahead of installing the web software? [14:39:42] I installed mediawiki new from scratch, the invalid magic word error disappeared :) [16:51:34] anyone about? [16:51:47] I have a technical question - media viewer related most likely [18:11:17] What is the best current workaround for the 'pptx seen as a zip file on upload' issue? I see https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T40432 but no real activity on it for a while. [18:31:40] I don't think that task is the same thing? [18:32:09] that task is about legacy files (doc, ppt, xls) with embedded docx/pptx/xlsx variants for compatibility [18:32:21] the modern variants such as pptx *are* zip files [18:38:47] Yes, but newer versions of `file` output a better result. [18:39:34] I'm working on forcing an upgrade to `file` and having MW use that via $wgMimeDetectorCommand [18:44:46] Hmm...that doesn't seem to work at all. But temporarily disabling $wgVerifyMimeType did the trick. [19:51:08] Hello and thank you for the awesome Mediawikis [19:52:06] I have an older wiki where I can edit interwiki data onwiki, but today I installed one 1.32.1 and I cannot do the same. Have I forgotten about enabling that somehow or has it been removed from default features or something? [20:07:58] Ahh.. ouiii $wgGroupPermissions['sysop']['interwiki'] = true; [20:24:22] Hmm... cannot upload files [20:25:04] At first it was definitely my fault as I hadn't remembered to 'sudo chown -R www-data:www-data images' [20:26:01] Complains (translated from Finnish) "The lock file for file could not be opened" [20:26:19] and the file location starts with "mwstore://local-backend/local-public/" [20:35:05] lock file [20:35:06] hmm [20:36:28] perhaps it needs more configuring [20:36:31] good luck, and good night [20:43:08] harmaahylje: was my bad again.. sorry [20:43:18] an embarracing bad
