[23:28:10] <Blackwire>	 I did a purge hoping that would help on the original file--it didn't--and then did a reupload as a way to force any potential changes.
[23:29:44] <Reedy>	 So it's either an ffmpeg issue, and issue with the file, or an issue with the parameters MW is passing to ffmpeg
[23:29:53] <Reedy>	 Have you tried taking a file that works on commons, for example, and upload that?
