After doing basic configuration, installing a few extensions, and copying over my LocalSettings.php, I now get gibberish on my page.   I've disabled all extensions, same.  I dropped all the DB tables, and removed LocalSettings, and started over, and same issue.  I was running PHP 7.3.26,
