[20:35:46] <andre__>	 there are unbeliveably skillful people, and there are people who are definitely interested but still have to learn a lot
[20:36:47] <andre__>	 the hard task is to keep those professional ones interested, and to spend (and define) *reasonable* efforts on helping those students who still have to learn
[20:37:38] <andre__>	 and understand why it's harder for them - only a part is their existing skill set, another part might be that our documentation sucks, that some codebases might be way harder to understand, etc etc
