[19:53:47] <mdholloway>	 dbrant: i've noticed we're inconsistent about whether to download the black or white versions of material icons. should we standardize on one or the other? does it matter?
[19:59:33] <dbrant>	 mdholloway: I haven't given it much thought, but I've been going by the color that will be most-used for that icon (so that it doesn't have to be tinted everywhere it's used). For example, the icons used in toolbars are always white, without tint.
[19:59:53] <dbrant>	 then again, all the black versions of the icons are generally tinted certain shades of gray.
[20:01:46] <mdholloway>	 dbrant: yeah, good point about the toolbar icons.  i've generally defaulted (i think) to black for no real reason, assuming we'd be tinting either way.
