Re how frequently the data needs to be refreshed: I think it's fine to update the models once a month or at a longer range frequency, but we should aim for removing articles created potentially at a shorter timescale. For example, at the very least, once a month we should do one pass over Wikidata items and remove those from the list for which an article has been created in the prior 30 days.
