[17:19:52] hi! [17:21:53] hi :) [17:22:08] kristenlans: have you had a chance to look at phabricator yet? [17:23:38] in particular where things are at with the 'day 1' project? http://fab.wmflabs.org/project/view/31/ [17:36:07] awjr: I’ve poked around at Phab a bit, but haven’t explicitly been keepign track of Day 1 Project. [17:39:37] I haven’t fully grokked what the migration is going to mean for mobile planning and working. I think I recall some rumblings about upcoming changes that will make it more conducive to iterative planning. [17:39:54] kristenlans: right on - it might be worthwhile to sync up with quim at some point in the not-to-distant future and review where things are at and where they are headed, particularly in regards to the impact it will al lhave for the mobile teams [17:39:57] ah yeah [17:40:12] * kristenlans needs to reread THE DOCS™ [17:40:22] heh [17:41:39] OK, good suggestion to sync up with quim, awjr. It seems like it’s time. :-) [17:41:58] kristenlans: that is a good idea but i think you'll get more mileage out of talking directly with quim about this; last i checked the docs are somewhat limited. i've tried to get a sense from the docs as well as the work for day 1 currently being tracked in phabricator, but i haven't yet been able to get a very clear picture of what's going on/where things are headed myself - although admittedly i havent taken a huge amount of time to dive [17:42:26] kristenlans: ;) aye - im not sure what day day 1 is going to happen (im not sure anyone is?) but i have the suspicion it's approaching quickly [17:43:02] LOL [18:16:45] * quiddity replaces all instances of "day 1" with "the singularity", and smiles. [18:37:43] http://hatjitsu.wmflabs.org/85291 [19:53:16] awjr may have already mentioned this…but a second draft of the Team Practices health check survey is up posted for review/comment: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Team_Practices_Group/Health_check_survey
