[21:08:29] <Matthew_>	 The bot itself uses "bouncers" (not in the traditional IRC sense).  So the code could be stuck, but it's still connnected.

[21:09:43] <Matthew_>	 Kind of.  They call them bouncers, I think of them more like proxies.  The bot connects to five of them, but if it freezes the bouncers stay around.
